Corporation - who whouls be listed as an agent on Statement of Information in State of California?
I work for a private school in CA (for profit school). We mailed statement of information to Sate of California with a filing fee but they keeps sending it back saying that we need to enter the name and/or complete California street address of the agent for service of process. Who should be listed as an agent?? |||Anyone of you that are in the Corporation. They just need an address to send documentations. That's all.It doesn't give that person any more authority or rights than the other. That's why you have an operating agreement that spells out the percentages of each member. Good luck.
How can I get out of my sprint contract without the termination fee?
Me and my family switched to sprint last year because verizon charged to much (we thought), but now seeing that sprint has terrible service we want to switch back without paying the early termination fee. On all of our phones we aren't receiving and calls or texts nor are we capable of sending them. With that information, is there anyway we can get out of the contract without waiting another 13 months?|||Tell them you just don't get service and it's not fair.

Does the Freedom of Information act and the Patriot Act impact police records?
If I am trying to retrieve police records on a closed case, does the freedom of information and patriot acts come into play? Is there a fee that I need to pay to get copies of the reports? Is there something else I need to bring to get a copy?|||You can get a copy of case records, just have the case# with you, and there is a fee.
Where can i find an online job without being asked for my credit card information?
Am not in the position of producind my credit card information or send any required fee|||If you have skills in programming, graphic design, photography, writing, administration, finance, marketing or similar, you can get freelance work online. As a marketing project manager, I used these sites regularly for outsourcing tasks. I also did some copywriting there in my free time for extra cash. Some of them require a monthly fee, but others are completely free. There are many sites out there, but I'll only list the ones I have experience with, since I know they are legit.

I am very suspicious of anyone needing my credit card information for a job.

Need to get information on Brownie and Junior Girl Scouting?
I am a new Girl Scout leader and I have a group (not just one level). This is the first Girl Scout troop in this town EVER. We are in the middle of our cookie sales but we still don't have the funds...at least not until March. The community I live in is poor to say the least, so I can't and won't ask for dues (some can't afford the $10 registration fee). SO I am trying to find all the information I can before having to turn to the council and beg them for assistance to start up the troop library of leader books, badge books, hand books, etc.
Does anyone know of a site or have information about all the different awards, badges, try-its (brownies)....Thanks for all the help!!!|||I just started working for a council, and have been a long time girl/leader.
I'm not sure if surrounding councils can help with funding you since they're beyond their juristiction, but I know most have some assistance for those with financial need for registration.
In addition to the resources listed by the previous poster, check with your local library. Most have the hand book and you could possibly borrow and copy some of the most helpful pages. Also, I know that our council (which is 28th largest in the USA) has a "resource library" at the headquarters for leaders to check out handbooks and other resources.
As important as badges and awards are, be creative in your thoughts for activities. It's not nessicary that EVERY girl have a book - you can provide those resources for them! A few ideas are checking with local bussinesses to see if they do tours of their facilities. I remember my girls LOVED touring taco bell and a sony factory. Very free and give them a great time. Another thought is to have community representatives speak with the girls. Hospitals, libraries and police/fire officers are great resources for your meetings. Good Luck!
