Is it legal for an organization to offer such as service so people can bid against each other for a small fee?
For example: Person "A" says, I bid "X" amount of dollars that Fed would cut the rates by half of a point on their next visit. Person "B" can bid against person “A” if he or she disagrees to the rate cut of half of a point, because he or she thinks that Fed would only cut the rate by quarter of a point. The organization then would pass the money to the winning bidder after the release of the information for a set fee.|||It probably is illegal under most state gambling laws.|||this all so weird and immoral
