Does Dorrance Publishing request manuscripts from anyone who submits information on their novel?

I submitted information about my novel and they've already sent me an email requesting to read my manuscript.


Is this a good thing? I mean, should I do it? Or is this a tactic to sucker people in before slapping them with tons of fees?


Any information or knoweldge on this company's workings would be very useful to me right now. Thanks!|||Dorrance is a vanity press, not a commercial (or traditional) publisher. They will accept everyone and you will be expected to pay to see your work in print. Remember that money flows TO the writer, not the other way around.
