Does Dorrance Publishing request manuscripts from anyone who submits information on their novel?

I submitted information about my novel and they've already sent me an email requesting to read my manuscript.


Is this a good thing? I mean, should I do it? Or is this a tactic to sucker people in before slapping them with tons of fees?


Any information or knoweldge on this company's workings would be very useful to me right now. Thanks!|||Dorrance is a vanity press, not a commercial (or traditional) publisher.
