Me and my family switched to sprint last year because verizon charged to much (we thought), but now seeing that sprint has terrible service we want to switch back without paying the early termination fee. On all of our phones we aren't receiving and calls or texts nor are we capable of sending them. With that information, is there anyway we can get out of the contract without waiting another 13 months?|||Tell them you just don't get service and it's not fair.
I've gotten out of T mobile and Sprint by saying that.
Just be firm!|||Stop paying the bill. Let it go to collections.
