change for this service to the landlord.|||Well assuming the fee is paying for a service that looks up your information...likely it will show your credit history. It will also look up legal activity and judgements against you, in the case of evictions. There is no rental history kept anywhere. It may also provide them your tax info, specifically income, but not sure on that one.
