Looking to buy a condo, but it says "HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN COMPLETE CONDO FEE/DOC INFORMATION". What??

NO DISLCOSURES AND NO WARRANTIES. ALL OFFERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PREAPPROVAL LETTER. SELLING AS-IS.HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN COMPLETE CONDO FEE/DOC INFORMATION.|||Call the agent and ask.

No disclosures means do your homework, because they do not have the seller's disclosure (telling you what the seller knows if wrong - the owner is probably gone) with the house. No warranties - buy a home warranty if you buy this place.

You have to have a letter from your lender saying you are qualified.

Some condo doc info is missing, could be any of these:

Minutes from board meeting

Insurance info

Financialresrve info

Bylaws

House Rules

CC%26amp;Rs

and so on......

Talk to the agent and ask what is missing, they will tell you.|||Your caps lock is stuck on.

This is a bank repossession property, with REOs, there are no seller disclosures or warranties and they are sold as is. What they cannot obtain is a complete list of CC%26amp;Rs, what the HOA fees are and I'm sure this lack of information includes what is owed to the HOA.|||It sounds like it is a bank repo, therefore none of that info is available. Contact the listing agent and inquire on the home.
