Where would I go to aquire a fee simple estate title?

What do I need to to do to acquire a deed, or a title? Where would I be able to find more information about fee simple estates, and titles.|||a title is HOW you hold a property; such as sole and separate, tenants in common or

called "tenancy".....Joint tenancy

a deed means you have rights to specific real estate. IT means you have x% ownership

of it.

If you find a property you like, and are over age 18 [if under, you must have a guardian to this for you]

and you have cash, in 1-5 days, depending on your state, you will sign a deed made up by

a title firm or an attorney.......and when it is filed with the county recorder, it is your property.

Fee simple means property is available for sale or is owned, compared to

leasehold which means someone is leasing it from a fee simple owner.

Odd names for a field, i agree.
