Is it normal to have a transaction fee charged and where can you find this information?

i had to pay 180.00 transaction fee (3%) plus 21% int for 6,000 that I borrowed for 3 days and I was wondering if the was normal? The transaction fee was not evident as the percent fee on my statement, so I was unaware of. I would not of done it if I realized this. This was with BOA visa cc.|||That 3% fee is stated on your credit card bill. Any tranfer of debt from one card to another accrues this fee. A credit card co. is the last place to secure a loan. You will have to think of this as a serious learning experience.
